I asked for an a double room and the one given was immaculate and new-fashioned. The setting was marvellous, right by the railway station and city center and Frankfurt international airport. It also was close to the railways.

I absolutely loved the elegant decoration throughout the hotel, with beautiful artwork and cozy seating areas. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious home! The general areas were also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and comfortable seating options.

It would have been even better if there were more options for leisure activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

the staff was amicable, the service was good, they shared some useful information. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making facilities. open bathrooms, that included a bathtub, were cleaned daily.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Darmstadt was fantastic. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious and diverse. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel was spotless and offered excellent room service. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic city break and enjoyed our stay at a new hotel close to the train station. The clean and spacious rooms were delightful, and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty. We appreciated the complimentary drink at the bar upon check-in. we found it very convenient that the hotel offered underground parking with a decent daily rate.

Although the hotel's location close to the train station was very convenient for travellers, we wished that there were more restaurant options within close walking distance of the hotel. the bar and the unfriendly staff in some areas of the hotel left room for improvement.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was clean and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, being close to the main train station, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We stayed during Christmas and were impressed with the complimentary Christmas treats and sweets offered by the hotel. The location was great, very close to the train station which allowed for easy travel to nearby cities. the breakfast spread was extensive and provided a great start to our day.

The parking garage was too small for our car to fit, which was frustrating. the view from our room was of a large chimney and train tracks, but we were grateful for the soundproofing which was effective.

Comfy bed, quiet room, and a variety of breakfast options to start the day. The reception staff, Stephan and Emmaual, were exceptional in providing excellent customer service.

Oh, how I loved trying to open the sliding doors and being misled by the nonexistent swimming pool! Such a joy!

The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, making it easy to reach the city centre. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable linens ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a nice selection of food and the wifi connection was good. there is underground parking available at a decent daily rate.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean rooms and great facilities. The location is perfect, close to the railway station and not too far from the city centre. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

No negatives from this place. Everything was splendid!
